Carter died at the age of 16, but even in his short life he is remembered for how he charted his own course in life. Carter never got to see where his dreams would lead. Now we want to help other Charles County students with their goals. We hope to help some outside-the-box thinkers interested in blazing their own trail - that is what Carter was all about.
